The Stallion’s Paradise – Open Heart Story
Story By Cynthia Lee De Boer
I sat on the edge of a green clearing marked with multicolored wild flowers, listening to the silence of the wilderness. It was so peaceful. I was relaxed with the breeze softly flowing through my hair. A beautiful wild stallion came dashing into the clearing. Its beauty stunned me. He pranced, ran, and rolled in the green carpet that covered his playground. He was unaware of my presence and I felt lucky to see such natural beauty.
Authors Note: The beauty of the wild stallion has always captured my heart so I wrote this in 1976. The photo was from Unsplash by David Dibert.
